Most major events have individually invited attendees to ensure a relevant audience and good representation of both plumbing and electrical customers. To select multiple events at one time in either the Media Plan or Events Plan (Microsoft Excel spreadsheets), select events by typing the letter y (for yes) in the Agreed Upon column for each event your team will be participating at over the course of the year. Once you have selected all the events then completely fill out the "Agreement" tab of the spreadsheet and email the plan spreadsheet to [marketing@bartlegibson.com](mailto:marketing@bartlegibson.com).   2. To sign up for a single event at one time, completely fill out an an agreement form (Microsoft Excel spreadsheet) for each specific event. Email the completed agreement form to the email listed at the top of the form, with [marketing@bartlegibson.com](mailto:marketing@bartlegibson.com) CC'd.  Agreement forms for branch-level projects only need to be filled out if events were not selected in the annual media plan agreement before it was signed. Branches may reach out to suppliers throughout the year to ask for participation at branch-level events. It is the responsibility of the contact who completes the media plan agreement to inform their local representatives, or agency, which events they agreed to in the media kit agreement. *Please reach
